I have been in the sports and fitness industry for 17yrs (Yes, I am that old). I am a PE teacher and sports coach as well as a Personal Trainer. I am a mum to 3 beautiful girls, who I love to share my health and fitness knowledge with.
I have recently returned to personal training after maternity leave and the pandemic. I have managed to continue my health and fitness journey throughout gym closures and injury. I want to help you do the same.
What I can do for you:
First and foremost I am a teacher and knowledge is power. With this in mind I can teach you about health, nutrition, exercise, training and so much more. This will empower you to reach those goals whether they are health or fitness based.
If you have a performance goal in mind I can help you smash that target whether it’s weight, speed or agility focussed.
I can also provide you with an accountability partner. I am still on my journey after baby number 3s weight is proving harder to shift. This means we can do this together!!!
Something you won’t find out at an interview:
I have some very flexible joints - my fingers spread to almost right angles and I have hyper-extension in my knees. This means they bend backwards to around 130 degrees.
There’s nothing better than breaking a sweat with a group of friends. It boosts morale, increases calorie burn and performance output.
My classes target the whole body to help you create a calorie deficit and aid weight loss. Classes, personal training and the correct nutrition will help you smash those goals.
